      Qualification: Science Graduate (preferably Pharm-D/MBBS) with MBA degree from reputable university

      Experience: Having 3 – 5 years of experience working with reputable pharmaceutical of handling OTC (over the counter) product portfolio out of which at least 2 years on the role of Brand Manager.  Experience in research development & product management is also mandatory.

      Job Description:

      • To plan, organize and control all marketing activities of allocated products to achieve products and company’s objectives. Ensure timely preparation and implementation of short & long term product strategies and plans as per the related locations to maximize market share of allocated products & also profitability of the company.
      • Develop and recommend objective and promotional strategy for allocated products.
      • Ensure the preparations and availability of the POS material well before time for timely dispatch to the desired locations.
      • Prepare annual budget, forecast and promotional plans for allocated products including its month wise allocations for approval. Monitor plans / strategies vs. results through monthly sales performance reports and sales achievements. Develop and monitor history of sales trend of allocated products
      • Develop innovative promotional literature and other promotional tools with the help of creative section as per ethical pharmaceutical promotional policy & Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure that agreed promotional plan is translated into a fully integrated and accepted campaign.
      • Conduct market research in coordination with the location Field staff to determine doctor’s perception about the allocated products and develop strategies in accordance to fill the gap. Also keep an eye on competitor products and their activities and develop rebuttal as and when required.
      • Based upon market analysis, propose new products and line extensions.

      Skills and Competencies:

      • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and planning skills are mandatory.
      • Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
