Having spent 07years as a Virtual Assistant at the HIITES Pvt. Ltd. and more than 16 years in Medical Transcription, I hope to make my next step in the profession after my move to your project.

I began my career as Virtual Assistant, learning the essentials of documentation and strategic management from the best in the business. I enjoyed the rigor of compliance and quickly learned how to integrate technology to ensure the best outcomes.

I started working in the field of Medical Transcription in 2004 and since then, I have worked from neurology to podiatry with numerous doctors from different states including Virginia, Florida, New York, Chicago, New Jersey and Texas) in America.  I reached beyond expectations of my doctors and approved more than 200 patient’s documents in a single day.

Beginning career as Medical Transcriptionist, I have learned the essentials of documentation and strategic management from the best in the business. I enjoyed the rigor of compliance and quickly learned how to integrate technology to ensure the best outcomes.

I have experience in the full range of interview and communication, with a speciality in analysis and management. My accuracy in both the administrative and medical aspects of the role meant that I was invited to become part of the hospital’s training program and have now started to train new starters myself.

I am experienced in the full range of patient care: explaining the instruction for treatments and medication, attending counseling and therapy sessions. I am also working with the world-class Health Care Service team taught me many lessons that cannot be found in a medical textbook. I am a regular attendee at industry conferences and have a broad network of Virtual Assistant to learn from.

Compassion is obviously at the heart of the job, but you first need to have a solid grasp of the medical situation. Engaging with clients and their families is easier when all the medical boxes have been ticked. I led a project to increase overall engagement with our patient portal, which led to a 37% increase in satisfaction in exit surveys and an improvement in patient payment terms.
